Arbor-Care has provided expert witness testimony on several tree related cases. We undertake this service several times ayear at both high court and district court levels. Many disputes occur between neighbours, or personal injury claims where a tree owner has failed to take responsibilty of their trees and the tree is then the cause of an accident.
